Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your MLJ Things order as much as we loved creating it 🤍
But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • To start a return, drop us a DM on Instagram or Tiktok with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days.

  • We’ll confirm stock availability and guide you through the exchange process.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Because of hygiene and production reasons, we can’t accept returns on worn or personalized items.

  • Sale items are final sale unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
